Policy Overview
Our refund policy differentiates between **Government Fees** and **Professional Fees**. Government fees are generally non-refundable once paid to the respective authorities. Professional fees are eligible for refund under specific conditions.
1. Refund Eligibility
- If we have not initiated any work on your application.
- If there is a significant delay from our end (over 15 business days) in initiating the process after all documents are provided.
- If the service requested is not applicable to your business type and we have not yet made any government submissions.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Government fees (Stamp duty, registration fees, etc.) once the challan is generated.
- Digital Signatures (DSC) once the E-KYC process is initiated.
- Applications rejected by government authorities due to incorrect information provided by the user.
- User change of mind after the drafting/consultancy work has reached significant completion.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at support@vyapardoot.com with your Order ID and reason for refund. Our audit team will review the request within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Processing Timelines
Refunds generally take **7 to 10 business days** to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing cycles. We will provide a transaction reference number once the refund is initiated from our end.
